SCC-IRG Track 1: Enabling Smart Cities in Coastal Regions of Environmental and Industrial Change: Building Adaptive Capacity through Sociotechnical Networks on the Texas Gulf Coast

I have been working on this project as a postdoctoral researcher under the supervision of Dr. Michelle Hummel since January 2023. The project is supported by the U.S. National Science Foundation (Award No. 2231557). This project aims to build adaptive capacity through sociotechnical networks for communities in the Texas Coastal Bend region, which faces growing environmental concerns due to industrial expansion and rapid development. My contributions focus on environmental monitoring systems for air and water quality.
